Using this website
The content on this site is general travel information and may change without notice. You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal use. Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation on either side. Prices shown on this site are indicative and are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
Your final itinerary, price, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms are set out in the written quote we send you. If anything on this website differs from your written quote, the written quote applies. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing after receiving any payment the quote requires.
Supplier terms
The services in your trip are provided by hotels, airlines, transport operators and attractions, each with its own terms and conditions, including rules on changes, cancellations, baggage and refunds. These supplier terms apply to your booking in addition to ours.
Your responsibilities
As a traveller, you are responsible for:
- holding a passport that meets the validity rules of every country on your itinerary, along with any visas, arrival cards or other entry documents they require
- arranging suitable travel insurance, which we strongly recommend you buy when you book
- checking that the names and details on your bookings match your passport
- meeting any health requirements and arriving on time for flights, transfers and tours
Changes and events outside our control
Suppliers sometimes change schedules, hotels or services. If a significant change affects your trip, we will tell you and work with you on alternatives. We are not responsible for disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, airline schedule changes, public health measures or government action.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in arranging your travel. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, omissions or failures of independent suppliers. Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website or to a booking made through it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
